What Does HRCRRA's Comprehensive Package NOT Cover

HRCRRA’s comprehensive package does have limitations. The purpose of this program is to create an aggressive Employee Relations Program which will substantially reduce the employer’s exposure to expensive litigation. It is not intended to supplant all the functions of your personnel department.

HRCRRA does not cover:

  • Daily personnel functions such as timekeeping, record keeping, payroll, benefit, insurance and retirement administration.
  • Occupational health and safety matters except whistle blower claims.
  • ERISA matters except whistle blower claims.
  • Worker’s compensation claims.
  • All other functions not expressly identified as being subject to the comprehensive package.
