The need to promote diversity in the work place has become essential in the new global economy. Meanwhile, the government continues to require its contractors to aggressively pursue a diverse workforce. HRCRRA provides consultation to employers on developing an effective diversity program including auditing, monitoring and remedying any imbalance in workforce demographics.
