What Does HRCRRA's Comprehensive Employee Relations Package Cost?

HRCRRA’s concept is that a comprehensive Employee Relations Program will identify and resolve employment disputes before they become the basis of litigation. Obviously, the initial audit and subsequent monitoring and investigation is highly labor intensive. It is HRCRRA’s belief that after this initial period, the application of its program will lead to fewer valid complaints and less litigation.

In order to reach this goal, HRCRRA understands that the comprehensive program must be cost effective. For that reason, rather than charging an hourly rate for our expertise, we have crafted a flat fee, paid monthly and amortized over a year. This has several benefits. First, the employer can budget this flat fee as part of its fixed operating costs. In this fashion, the employer can avoid any significant unexpected costs associated with its comprehensive Employee Relations Program. HRCRRA assumes the incremental cost of this comprehensive employee relations program. HRCRRA’s profit margin is increased by a successful Employee Relations Program.

The second benefit is that by use of such a flat fee, HRCRRA becomes directly vested in the success of the program. That is, the cost of investigating increased complaints, which HRCRRA encourages as an integral part of monitoring the success of the program, are absorbed by HRCRRA as part of its flat fee. In this fashion, HRCRRA shoulders a portion of the burden of a comprehensive program which encourages employee complaints. It is HRCRRA’s belief that over time the work place will stabilize and there will be a reduction in the number and complexity of employee complaints. This reduction in the number and complexity of employee complaints will operate as an effective performance incentive to HRCRRA.

The amount of the flat fee varies directly with the size of employment. In general HRCRRA attempts to set a rate at approximately 2%-6% if total labor and benefit costs. In negotiating the price, HRCRRA attempts to provide its services for less than it would take to hire sufficient full time HR employees to perform the same functions.
