In addition to our Employee Relations package, HRCRRA also provides consultation on negotiation with employees’ certified bargaining agent.

Steven Angel has a LLM in Labor Law from George Washington University, was a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board and a supervisory trial attorney with the Federal Labor Relations Authority. In addition, during his years of private practice, he negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements including a national contract for the 100,000 man AFLC bargaining unit.
