Question 5: What assurances can HRCRRA give of Success?

No one can guarantee the complete elimination of litigation. However, if the client is sued based upon the written advice, HRCRRA will provide services as an expert witness to explain the reasons for the action taken at no additional costs to the client. In addition, HRCRRA has entered into a subcontract with an experienced trial attorney experienced in litigating employment cases. If the client is sued, the client will be entitled to take advantage of such litigation attorney at a reduced hourly rate.
