Question 4: What if the employer, after beginning the program, wishes to terminate the HRCRRA program?

Either party to the contract may terminate the contract upon thirty (30) days notice. However, since the Comprehensive Employee Relations Program is based upon monthly amortization of an annual fee, termination of the program by the employer before the completion of the annual period results in the employer being contractually responsible to pay the lowerof the balance of the annual contract amount or the amount due for all work performed on an hourly basis up until the date of termination.
