Question 3 : What additional costs are involved in the Comprehensive Employee Relations Program?

None. Travel expenses, copy costs, research costs, telephone expenses and all other costs are part of the flat fee for the Comprehensive Employee Relations Program.

This is part of the design of the comprehensive program. HRCRRA believes that by encouraging clients to take advantage of the full range of service will ultimately benefit all parties. HRCRRA believes that over time, use of these services will substantially reduce the frequency and risk of expensive litigation. In addition, HRCRRA believes that over time, a served work place will reduce the amount of usage of the various HRCRRA services. Accordingly, the Comprehensive Employee Relations Program is based upon this balance. The initial work required to implement the Comprehensive Employees Relations Program is, most likely, labor intensive for HRCRRA. However, over time, as the program is successful, HRCRRA believes the amount of labor necessary to service that successful client will be reduced.

In this way, the increased marginal cost caused by increased usage of the program is, in some measure, shouldered by HRCRRA. Over time, HRCRRA believes that the costs/usage will diminish as the program is successful.

In this way, HRCRRA is rewarded for a successful Employee Relations Program.
