Question 2: What is the cost of HRCRRA services?

It depends.  The cost of the Comprehensive Employee Relations Program is set at a flat rate whch varies based upon the size of the employer.

The exact amount of the flat fee is established as part of the negotiation of the consulting contract between the client and HRCRRA. In general HRCRRA attempts to set a rate at approximately 2%-6% if total labor and benefit costs. In negotiating the price, HRCRRA attempts to provide its services for less than it would take to hire sufficient full time HR employees to perform the same functions.

In addition, HRCRRA provides consulting services on the full range of Employee Relations matters.  Such consultation is based upon an hourly fee negotiated with the client.
