Question 1: What is HRCRAA?

Human Resources-Civil Rights Risk Assessment (HRCRRA) is a consulting firm created to provide comprehensive Employee Relations expertise. The goal of HRCRRA is to establish a progressive Employee Relations program which (a) allows the employer to institute those policies which minimize the potential for employee litigation; (b) at a flat price which allows the employer to budget the program without the risk of substantial cost overruns.

While HRCRRA provides consulting services for individual Human Resource and Civil Rights issues, it is our hope that employers will take advantage of the comprehensive program in order to reduce, as much as possible, the risks of litigation.

For a complete description of the services HRCRRA provides, see the Comprehensive Employee Relations Program.
