Current Employee Relations

During the last forty years employers have increasingly relied upon lawyers to evaluate implement and enforce human resource policies.

The problem is that this approach causes management of human resources to be, essentially, adversarial.

The results of this adversarial based workplace are:

  • Managers have become afraid to make personnel decisions for fear of being sued.
  • Employers pay exorbitant legal fees to litigate disputes which should have been resolved through a progressive Employee Relations Program.
  • "I'll sue!!" is employees' answer to every personnel action by management

The HRCRRA Approach

Our wrangling lawyers. . .are so litigious and busy here on earth, that I think they will plead their clients’ causes hereafter, some of them in hell!
