HRCRRA was established to provide an affordable means to confront the increasing cost of adversarial employee relations.

The HRCRRA program includes:

An integrated progressive ER program
Our comprehensive "Employee Relations Package" is designed to be integrated with management’s overall organization strategy. It is intended to provide a means to further that strategy through recognized HR techniques to minimize the potential for employee litigation [ more info ].
An annual audit
In order to insure compliance with all existing laws and policies, HRCRRA conducts a comprehensive audit of the workplace. This involves reviewing personnel files as well as direct interviews with employees [ more info ].
A cost effective complaint and investigative process
This is HRCRRA’s key to a successful ER program. It encourages employees to file complaints. However, since HRCRRA administers this complaint process as part of the flat fee cost, HRCRRA rather than the employer bears the risk of increased administrative costs [ more info ].
A training program
As part of the overall compliance process, HRCRRA conducts periodic training on subjects such as (a) employee policies; (b) sexual harassment training, (c) ethics, (d) complaint/investigative procedures, (e) work-life training [ more info ].
A flat fee price structure
HRCRRA program must be cost effective. Rather than charging an hourly rate for our expertise, we charge a flat fee. The employer can control employment costs by budgeting this flat fee as part of its fixed operating costs. More important, any increased cost of investigating complaints, are absorbed by HRCRRA as part of its flat fee. [ more info ].
Litigation support
If any litigation should arise as a result of its written advice, HRCRRA will, at no additional cost to the client, provide testimony in such proceeds fully explaining the legitimate business reasons for the actions taken [ more info ].
