How We Started
After a quarter century representing employees in lawsuits against their employers, Steve Angel, the founder of HRCRRA, came to believe that litigation of workplace disputes was causing irreparable damage to both employees and employers. He stopped practicing law and started thinking about a new employer-employee paradigm.
The result is HRCRRA’s affordable Employee Relations Package designed to use the techniques of proactive human resource management to address employment disputes and thereby limit advocacy as the primary issue in managing personnel.
